An Electrical Engineering Graduate from the Faculty of Engineering & Technology, Annamalai University, Certified Chartered Engineer and Electrical Specialist with over 33+ years of versatile work experience in Basic Design Engineering (Conceptual Studies / FEED), Detailed Design Engineering, Refurbishment / Retro-fit Engineering, Procurement, Inspection & Expediting, Construction (including Supervision of Testing & Commissioning), Project Management Consultancy, Proposals & Contracts.
   As worked in numerous roles & shouldered various responsibilities delivering the projects on time (or even ahead of schedule in some cases) every time in an impeccable manner to the satisfaction of the Client / End user / Management. Has extensive offshore and onshore experience and is a specialist with all kind of Electrical Equipment’s which includes but not limited to 132kV GIS Switchgears, 132kV Outdoor Switchyard Equipment’s, Control & Relay Panels, Power Transformers (up to 100MVA), 33kV GIS, MV (3.3kV to 17.5kV) Switchgears, LV Switchgears, Intelligent MCC / Devices, Captive Power Plants, GTG / STG Packages (up to 20MW), DG Sets (MV & LV), HV/MV Motors (up to 10 MW), Synchronization Panels, Electrical SCADA / Control Systems, Submarine Composite cables(up to 145kV) etc., and hands on experience with Power System Study / modelling using Engineering Electrical Design Software’s like EDSA, ETAP, SKM PTW.
Have worked in various positions from Engineer to Manager (Head of Department), as Technical manager, Electrical Specialists, Independent Consultant in reputed Engineering Consultancy Firms, EPC Companies and worked for various Oil & Gas clients like ADMA-OPCO, GASCO, Saudi Aramco, TOTAL, PDO Oman, Oxy, Qatar Gas, Ras Gas, Qatar Petroleum, Dolphin Energy, BAPETCO (Shell Egypt), DNO Middle East, Ranhill, MOL Hungary, SPIC, GFCL,NOCL,PPN Power Plants in accordance with Engineering codes & standards (BIS, IEC, IEEE, NEC,ANSI,DIN) and familiar with Client Standards (Shell DEP, Total, BP, PDO, OXY, ADMA-OPCO, Qatar Gas / Ras gas).
